I have been sitting with a lecture by Phillip Lindsay on esoteric astrology and the seven rays, and it named something I have felt for years without ever having the words for it. His premise is that each of us answers to a particular ray of light, and that a birth chart is a language rather than a sentence handed down. It found me while I am still slowly working through the manuscript I pulled from the archive, and I am reading my own chart differently because of it.
