The Note the Sky Has Been Holding
By Aurora Mindreader

Found this one during a foggy Portland evening, headphones on and tea going cold. It walks through sound as the oldest language we have, older than the words we wrap around it, and makes a quiet case that the sky was always singing and we simply got out of practice at hearing it. For anyone who has stood under a clear night and felt a note hanging there, this one lands. I have been carrying it around for days.
